Volume Discounts:

We will process your credit card for the handbags. When we return from the post office we will process your card for exact shipping charges. We will email tracking number and shipping amount. We will be estimating shipping amount on your sales order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DAMAGES
We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
When ordering please use a measuring stick to check the size of the bag.
If you have a defective bag, please call us for exchange, we will replace exactly the bag that is damaged.
